I originally thought that if everyone read the contract and voted what was in their best interest, we would have a decision that was considered "the best option" by the majority of the pilots...either yes or no. So we should actually vote what we think we know is best for the other pilots. That way we get what we think is "the best option" for the minority of the group. Very altruistic. Mother Teresa and Gandhi are surely smiling.
How could I have been so blind. With that, I have ditched my "Vote No" lanyard and changed my vote to YES. Who am I to deny those that have put so many years into the company and are within a year a retirement all the bonus money they will see under this TA. I am ashamed that I was being so selfish. Thanks for opening my eyes.
