Good outfit to work for?
Last time I heard(early summer) they were caught up in local red tape. IASCO used to be there doing the flight training for JAL, which sent their Japanese students. They went from 0 hours, to a fresh Bonanza and then a Baron and then the right seat of an airliner. The ISACO instructors i knew were good, and they built a lot of time in Bonanzas and Barons. I think IATA is trying to fill the void, but I don't know if they people trying to start it are affilated with IASCO, or what contracts they have with the airlines. Rumor has it that they're trying to work out a deal with one of the U.S. majors, but of course that could be total B.S.. As far as I know they haven't begun operations yet.
