If there's one PBS issue we should truly be screaming about it's this one. Most other issues people have are due to them not understanding PBS or them thinking their seniority will hold more than it can.

When you see a reason report that says "replaced/not awarded to cover more coverage dates" the company is blatantly saying right in the reason report "we gave this trip to someone junior because we felt like it."

I understand getting a CN pairing on a coverage date even though I don't agree with it. Having a pairing your seniority can hold be TAKEN AWAY so they can award you something random on a coverage date is total BS though. I can't even believe they can put that in the reason report.
