If (big if) United chooses to buy the ERJ side, they have the cash to fund your outliers. If Delta buys the CRJ side, they will gut it like pinnacle, change the name to surejet, and fly as many frames as they can with the lifers. Grim picture I paint, but no reason for Delta to treat ASA any different than pinnacle.
I wasn't necessary disagreeing with him. I was just curious as to his reasoning.
