They don't honor last out. I can guarantee you that. I've caught them blatantly lying to my face(over the phone
) dozens of times regarding last out.
There is no "bid reserve so you are at home more" here. It just doesn't happen. Trust me.
This shouldn't even be a discussion. If you can hold round one, just SAP down to 65 hours. You can get 17, or sometimes 18 days off if you can find the right 4 days. In this scenario you will be home A LOT MORE than you ever would be on short call.
