Stay away from Dr. Hadley HIMS AME, he helped me out with the situation I had but I hear from a friend of mine that he's very generous to give rectal examinations.

I use Dr. Earl Martin in Tomball, Tx. Very nice guy and gets it done quickly. Make sure your information is correct once he hands you your medical though, I caught it the second I walked back into the waiting room and they couldn't do anything to fix it.
