Assuming they change that section for new hires. Anyone that was on property before the TA was approved SHOULD keep the lock that was in force when they showed. YMMV
I asked this question before the TA was voted down. The C44 rep I talked to said the rules in effect when I was hired/locked would govern my newhire seatlock, i.e., we would have been grandfathered.
