Every single time I've contacted flight ops management directly with an issue, contractual concern, or request for clarification or assistance on any issue whatsoever, they've responded very quickly and done everything within their power to help me out.

Everytime I have contacted this ALPA chapter about anything--even basic stuff like simple questions about contractual interpretations--they treat me like total dog ****, and basically act like I'm an idiot for even attempting to violate their solitude (nevermind the fact that my dues pay them to sit in an office in Phoenix nicer than most plastic surgeons' offices).

I've served in higher-level posts at an ALPA-represented airline in the past. I can safely say that we need to de-certify here. When the average line pilot would rather deal with AI/CC directly than even involve this union in ANYTHING, I think that's a decent sign it's time to let the ALPA cartel go. We have the power to do that, we just need the cajones.
