Since 2007 huh? You mean the point that was 42% lower than in 2005. While true, I am not sure this means anything.
Bartelians? I am sure that you are aware of the fact that John Malone is the new MEC Chairman.
But since you bring it up the Bartelians would, however make a great name for an invading force from a far away galaxy.
It would play like this - The Bartelians sent an invasion force to attack the Moakist galaxy but the Moakists just surrendered before the battle began. Now the Bartelians are heading for earth.
