The increase in MPG can be found in in 3-C-1-b.
An unused FSB also counts toward the increase in MPG if unused. In order for the FSB to be considered "used", a trip must be assigned without an intervening off duty period.
fanaticalflyer - good catch on the language, I missed that before in 3-C-1-b-(1)-(b) paragraph. It does say "...five unused SC and/or FSB assignments.....".

Take the time to look at duty limits and reserve. It's not as straight forward as I thought. ALPA has a great guide (link below) and an APP you can download as well. I haven't really played with the app as of yet, just found it several days ago.
