Fellow Council 44 Pilots,

Thank you for your support in the recent nominating process. That was an important first step in securing a new contract. Your next "first step" in achieving your goals is to now choose which candidates will reflect your views on the MEC.

As I have mentioned before, it is easy to make campaign promises and much harder to keep them and this is where I am different from most of the other candidates. If elected, I will deliver your message and help secure a new contract that reflects your contributions to the most successful airline in the world.

It is my belief restoring our profession will take a team effort and, given its size and influence, choosing the right representatives for Council 44 is not only important for you, but for the entire pilot group.

I am supporting Captain Scott Martin for his willingness to challenge the status quo and his track record as a Captain representative for C2K. Scott has a strong grass roots effort in progress as a write-in candidate. To vote for Scott, simply check the write-in box and use his ALPA number - 0961094.

I am also supporting First Officers Jimmy Johnson and Chris Kern to round out the team. They both have their hearts in the right place to work tirelessly on your behalf.

Over the next 3 years the representatives you choose will be making a tremendous amount of input and countless decisions on your behalf that will affect your career. Please take the time to choose the individuals who share your philosophies and will represent your views.
