Everyone knew the pay and working conditions before they applied then to come here and complain? Grow up. Sub par contract? I don't think so. Don't you work in the training department?
If you are willing to accept less, they will give you less. There is a pay scale to fly 900s at mainline. If you are not paid that much, then your contract is sub par.
The non-entitled are what allowed the regionals to be born. Those that do not feel that what they do is valuable. The next generation will have to be the ones that put an end to the regionals and all of the "b scale" jobs. Same job, same pay.
The entitled change the world for and will make it a better place. I will be long retired before this happens, but will enjoy watching it from my rocking chair. I only have a few years left in the industry, but am ashamed at how the senior people are insulting those that are making the airlines a better place.
