Just to put a finer point on your ignorance. Not a penny of alcohol was paid for with dues dollars. All MEC members and Officers pay into a fund a fine for every time their cell phone or computer or other electronic device makes a noise during an MEC Meeting. If that fund is not large enough, they each pitch in funds from their own pockets to fund the BOD hospitality suite. Extraordinary measures are taken to avoid even the appearance of impropriety. Not a penny of ALPA dues is involved, even though it would be a perfectly legitimate expense.

Go ahead, say it more loudly, and repeat it over and over. That won't make your lies any less false.


Here's a note for history. Had that vote closed just a few days earlier, Dave Webb would have been free to run for ALPA President, he would have won, and we would be in a much different (better) world today.
