I don't want them to touch it at all, but the last TA not only monetized it, they tried to call it a raise when it wasn't just like they just did for the non-contract employees!
All of a sudden the profit forecast becomes favorable for the employees and all management can do is lose sleep on trying to figure out techniques to deprive us from the very thing they promised us as they stole our work-rules and pensions.
