Near the top of the page...

User CP...then along the left side there is a section for settings and options... You can then edit your ignore list. Just add a screen name and you will no longer have to read the drivel from some of your least favorite posters on APC.

And a lot of times, those people go away when nobody responds to their posts.

Just in case someone didn't know where that option was on the board.
