For all you yes voters.. this is why this was a dumb deal.. adjustments are based on supposed CA upgrades.... when they decide to park planes, they don't need as many captains..
And they won't displace any more FO's and growth will be non existent. After that they will furlough. After that they will not be able to staff and our planes will go to other regionals. Sounds like a win win to me. All the FO's who complained about being displaced will not have to worry about upgrade because then they will be new hires at another regional after being furloughed, waiting even longer to upgrade.
