I'm tired of spending over $160.00 a month on worthless TV and internet when I can upgrade the internet for a few extra dollars a month and stream everything live.
Has anyone gone this route and have any input or suggestions on what the best way to do this is?
Thanks!

I miss a few things but they're available on the Net.
Here's an DTV engineering tool from the FCC to see signal strength at a certain Lat Long or Zip Code.

I've found their measuring software to be very conservative. With a high gain antenna the red X Stations are doable. This option used to be live searchable.

If you see a small Green Dot on the map that's a ground verified and strength measured signal report.
