Congratulations on your new license. It sounds like you're the right kind of student for ATP. Good luck with the rest of the training and enjoy it! I flew with a guy a few months ago that had just passed his instrument check ride at ATP. He didn't know how to transition airspace at a class D airport, couldn't go direct to a VOR without using the GPS, couldn't figure a direct entry to a hold, deviated altitude in the old by 600 feet and then, after finally setting up an ILS, went full scale deflection and tried to land! He also couldn't say anything correctly on the radio. I'm not badmouthing ATP. It's just not a program for everyone.
