And as long as it ISNT, you'll ALWAYS have people leaving for the aforementioned, or others. And until it IS, many will see it as an intermediate stop/stepping stone that was better than their last job, or were simply hired when their last job went tango uniform and there simply wasn't many jobs available.
Your career ISNT their career. NO ONE has ANY right to b1tch moan complain if people are leaving for whatever else, for whatever reason. If you feel you have the right to dictate to ANYONE what they should do with their career you haven't been in this game very long.
As another poster said, it HELPS and doesn't hurt.
