Does this definition match up with anybody's recent experience regarding the contract survey?
I was called by UNH poling about a month ago, I didn't think they were pushing anything, but some of the questions were worded like this:

How long do you think it will take to reach a new TA?

What is the most important item in the contract to you?

What % pay raises do you want to see on day 1, and the out years.

Do you think a job action will be necessary to achieve a new TA?

And at the end, she asked, "Is there anything you would like to say to your MEC?"
