I did mine through All ATP w/ zero prep. Crammed for about 6-7 hours and scored 96%.

Shepphard air is good. I couldn't do it because I can't study at home w/ 3 kids. The All ATP office from which I did the cram session/test at had some pretty good gouge to eliminate the need for any math. I'm sure if you contacted them, they might email it to you if you grease the guy a few bucks.
