I recently busted the United Airlines Hogan assessment.
Unsurprisingly, I am not happy about. I've heard that once you get a look by a major airline's HR they won't revisit it for about a year. Rather disheartening for a guy about to retire from the military (4,800 hours, C-130, standard career credentials, ATP, 737 type).
Is it that arbitrary for a review interval for the airlines?
