I have about 7300 total 1300 pic 700tpic one internal. I went to ERAU career fair last Oct. and had a great conversation with a recruit who took my resume and wrote on it. He said to expect a call in the next window. I have heard nothing. Applied the last 4 Windows. People are getting hired with a lot less time and no tpic from my airline. I'm starting to wonder if the HR peeps at everyone except for the Legacies, FedEx, UPS, etc, are looking for people who may not have the quals to move on to the Legacies, FedEx, UPS, etc, in this current hiring environment, and hoping that when the time comes when they could get a call they'd have enough seniority at their LCC, etc, of choice to not make the move.
If that's the case, it definitely works in my favor, and perhaps not so much in yours. Who knows.....
