I'd take the flight internship at DL. It's a competitive process, and having the opportunity to really network there is something you shouldn't pass up. In five years you can look like every other regional captain with 3500 hours or you can be the guy with 3300 hours and the internship.
Completely agree, I would think the internship will set you apart and offset the hours/time missed.
