Hey, I was at the schoolhouse recently and the instructors and check airman I talked to had no idea how they plane to churn out 750 new-hires plus upwards of 150 recalls next year. That would be great for me as every pilot below me is a GOOD pilot (well, maybe not a few characters here ), but pilots have a history of spending money based on checks claimed to be in the mail that never arrive or arrive much later then planned.
