The logistics of the captain situation alone with IOE check airman availablity and fed rides is going to be a hoot to hear about. Almost as entertaining as EL is now, what with all the *****ing and childish cat-fighting going on.

Management said aprox 200 upgrades next year (that was when AA said they would only hire 600 for next year) + 55 this year, unless they release a new Bid soon.
They only want 400 FOs and you know any regional management inflate those numbers so they can look attractive. Did you remember that in 2016 we got 600 FOs, not many people waited more than 2 weeks for Sim training or IOE.
