Better yet, get down to the AOC by 8:30pm. Then you can duty in and you can't be late. Go back to the sleep rooms and get ~5 hours rest before you go. I've been doing this for 13 years......Since the recliner rooms....
It's nice to have the sleep rooms, but I don't like them THAT much.
