Tanker - previous statements said 'highly qualified' was 70-80% of the total an they guessed 90% had apps in at all the big airlines. My experience is less than 1-2% aren't applying with at least 3 of the Big 4. And guys aren't necessarily removing their apps, especially if they're hoping that their #1 choice calls them ASAP.

So, like you said, the total pool numbers are misleading.
