I'd say I still have at least 3 or 4 months to go to hold the most junior base assuming they keep running classes which could stop at any time. They stopped upgrading for 2 months in Sept and Oct. The November class went very senior. No one under 4 years was awarded upgrade for the November class. The upgrade time has actually been INCREASING for most of the fall, not decreasing.
