I'd be willing to bet good money that his heart skipped a beat today when he heard about "an airliner on fire on the tarmac in Florida" mere minutes after his "we're a safe airline, DAMMIT!" e-mail was sent....that "sinking feeling" in the pit of his stomach most likely lingered until he was able to confirm that it was not a G4 aircraft.
