When the flow catches up to the later year pilots and we can offer a competitive benefits package, new hire pilots would be crazy to not want to come to one of the WO before the others. Many of new hires will want direct career progression, which is appealing in many ways. How many new hires is SkyWest, PSA, Compass getting now?
