I'm not buying that dude. At $40/HR that means your crediting over 1500/yr and I seriously doubt that. If you think what you get is commensurate to your skill, education and investment you've made then congratulations your getting exactly all your worth, but don't blow smoke up my a&$ dude I've been around long enough to know BS when I see it. BTW the pay you see here is old and shows the start and top of the slide bar is typically 5 year pay. If you research it you'll see that Delta (not the highest paid) starts their guys out at $13/HR plus quarterly bonuses. 13x160=$2080/month
