BTW the pay you see here is old and shows the start and top of the slide bar is typically 5 year pay. If you research it you'll see that Delta (not the highest paid) starts their guys out at $13/HR plus quarterly bonuses. 13x160=$2080/month
FO 23 x 75=$1725/month
Don't believe me? Here are some screen grabs for you
Current month of October:
On track to look at around another 130-140 hour month for November as well. You do the math.
Feel free to still doubt me. I never said that what we're paid is what we're worth. I do bust my ass, and I work the system to the best that I can as well. I also live in domicile, which helps out as well. I believe that are worth much more, and I am doing what I can within the means that I have to achieve that. I know we will never have Delta wages, but a start would be higher than where we're at now. I just hear guys say that they can't make any money, when it can be done. It just requires work.
