Nope, the correct NC, understanding the top priorities of the entire crew force, with the fortitude to challenge the company's "lines in the sand" from day 1 would've addressed this issue. Their response on this issue during the roadshows is what caused me to lose total respect for their understanding of, and approach to, negotiations.
