Why dosen't he send it out as a LEC 99 update. That way it can be posted under the stay informed column on the FEDEX MEC home page. LEC 7 & 11 are posted there and I'll bet they didn't get sent to the lawyers.
From what I hear that was the intent, what he sent in was to be posted as a LEC 99 update but the MEC was busy chopping the Negotiating Committee update from MH...So the LEC 99 update didn't make it out before the vote started. How convenient!!!!
