Plans are not FACTs. FedEx had "plans" to buy A380s. It wasn't a rumor, just a plan. Declarative statements don't make ideas any more real. You can't create a FedEx or UPS out of bits of code and a mobile app. It takes trained people, huge infrastructure and time. Two years won't do it.
