I've also had a number of EMER days this year (deaths in the family, haven't seen my wife in weeks, etc.) and still no calls.
So usually not a huge deal, I think you need to really have a lot of days/issues with a repeatable pattern to get on the radar.
Talked to a buddy today (not me, really). He has 20 occurrences in the past 12 months and just got an email to come for an in-person meeting with the chief. Looked like an auto-generated email. Looks like they're cracking down a bit. Of course, when your bidding system gives away PNs and CNs like they're candy, what in heck's name does OO management expect to happen to pilot reliability?
