I missed the section on where it says you cannot big vacation low with a hybrid line. That was my fault as I've been on a trip the last 3 days since the e-mail came out, and only had a chance to review it on my phone and not a computer. Never had a chance on a computer with about 10 schedule changes.

The wording is convoluted. It looks like you cannot get paid min guarantee if you set your window below 75 and PBS awards a line valued at less than 75. The hybrid line is going to take QOL away from some people on the line between reserve and lineholder.
What section are you looking at? Is it the add pay section?
