I got mine at Walgreens, $175 I think. No problemo. Just go in the middle of the day when they're not super busy. I called and asked the pharmacist when would be best. I wasn't current, I think it had been 12 or 13 years since the last one. Really, it took more time to make the copies of everything they want copies of for Indoc.
For civilians this might be a good idea, for military just go to immunizations and get it for free. Tell them you need an international immunization certificate and you'll be g2g.
