I think CA on the ERJ will go senior with the arrival of the Delta 175's, but if an FO transitions it's a year seat lock. If senior FO is getting close to an upgrade it doesn't make sense to transition. I think you'll have a few FO's transition but I don't think it will be a drastic amount.
