I agree! Flow thru has ruined the industry as a whole in my opinion! I'm still from the school of thought that you have to interview for a job!
I think regional's have been "ruined" for a long time before some CEO got the bright idea to implement flows. It's just the latest twist in the saga. And it has yet to actually be proven to work. I still think Delta and United are going to come out better than AA because they will be the ones to take their flying back. AA wants to keep its regional's as big and cheap as possible.
