I think a lot of the RAH American flying will be divided up between Envoy (most of it), PSA, and maybe Mesa. With PDT picking up some as their jets come on line.
PSA and PDT don't fly the E-jet. I think it's more likely for AA to expand its operations with existing E-jet operating partners: Compass, Mesa, Skywest, and of course Envoy.
If RAH will need relief from its ASAs, AA won't have time to wait for PSA/PDT to spool up a new program - it'll have to happen fast.
Also, I wouldn't be too happy about taking RAH flying.
