Yup it's true. If atlas wants to be successful, they need to fix some gaps in its training program and contract. Otherwise they will struggle.
I hope they do. It would be great to see the growth that is being projected here.
Beginning with that low low low training pay would be nice. But they get plenty of applicants so they probably won't have to touch that if they don't want to.
