If RAH will need relief from its ASAs, AA won't have time to wait for PSA/PDT to spool up a new program - it'll have to happen fast.
Also, I wouldn't be too happy about taking RAH flying.
175s aren't the only airframe that can fly those routes. Hence PSA covering nearly ALL of the RAH flying out of DCA.
