Hypothetically, the 1500 hour rule is gone tomorrow. Commercial/multi gets you hired. How little of an impact does that make? Every article ever written on the pilot shortage mentions that law as the root cause. I think you'd get a few more pilots right away but after that, youd be right back where we started.
