I've said it before on a similar thread and I'll say it again. Bedford WILL declare bankruptcy due to the inability to convince Delta, American and United to up their CPA payments to cover the new contract. They'll say the new pilot contract is too expensive and use that as the instigator for the bankruptcy. It's EXACTLY what Pinnacle did when they signed a new contract that was too expensive. It was industry leading when it was signed but it was too good to be true. The consultants RAH has working for them wrote the book on pre-planned bankruptcies. Good luck and I hope you can get out before sh** hits the fan and you guys get a concessionary contract shoved down your throats.

CPAs will be shed and Rah will consulate their business with one or maybe two majors. This will lead to a smaller pilot group so they can afford to lose pilots due to the pending bankruptcy. Enough lifers exists to support the smaller operation along with a lot of junior guys too "invested" to jump ship.
