New hires are getting LAX now, with an occasional SEA. MSP is attainable within 3-4 months, but you would be on reserve for awhile.
just trying to be a little more accurate with info as this is a little bit of a misleading statement.... being 200#s away from the most junior captain is a far cry from the nearly 400 FOs a new hire today would have in front of them.
