Haha! They'd be pretty delusional to try to cater to the most senior with this TA so I'd doubt it. I'm sure they've focused on where the votes will be coming from. 1-5 years although I hope everybody gets a piece of the pie they deserve.
From what I am hearing this time around it is more of a linear incline. Currently our rates look like a Dynograph of a 4 banger with a Turbo the size of our engines
(hopefully the non-car folk get gist)
