You didn't take this test to get hired. Would you feel it unfair if you were given this test tomorrow with your job riding on pass or fail? Each hiring cycle has been somewhat different in the screening. This is what is being used now. It will most likely be changed after the next cycle passes.
I have flown with a lot of new hires the past year or so and they have been very sharp. If this test is responsible for thinning the herd and finding the positive attitudes and skills I've been flying with then I think it a success.
