*************.com is the best way to start networking in the corporate world, also LinkedIn is also great to find people you met in the past and connect to them. Another option is to go on Bizjetjobs.com and look at the flight department directory. I arranged several phone calls and in person meetings that way and obtained job offers. The most important thing to do is protect and maintain your reputation, the corporate world is quite small compared to airlines and word gets around if an individual is a good person or not.....

All that being said I just left the corporate world for the airlines, I know many others doing the same or wanting out. Typically they are the younger in the 30-40 range knowing they can have a great career at a legacy or LCC.
